Dry, Aging Skin
This recipe works great on dry skin. The main ingredient is cocoa, which is known for its many health benefits. It gives youthful appearance and moisturises the skin.
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 egg white
Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Apply the mixture to your face and wait for several minutes. Before rinsing, make sure the mixture has dried on your face; removing it will exfoliate your skin. Apart from cocoa, sour cream is very powerful too. It hydrates the skin. White egg is used to firm and tighten the skin, and honey is another source of hydration. Together these ingredients make a wonderful and powerful cream. Be sure to try it.
If your problem is oily skin, then forget about the above recipe and use this one. In order to cope with oily skin, you need to regulate skin’s pH. Brown sugar, apple cyder and ground oats can help do the trick.
- ½ tablespoon of brown sugar
- ¼ tablespoon of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of apple cider
- 3 teaspoons of ground oats
Take a bowl and add the apple cyder and ground oats. Stir well to form a smooth paste. Add brown sugar and lemon juice. Stir again. Before you apply the mixture to your face, just make sure you cleanse the skin well. When you place the mixture, wait for 10 minutes for it to work. When the time is up, move your fingers in circles to exfoliate. Then rinse well with water.

- 3 cups of whole milk
Pour whole milk into a bowl. Add as much milk as necessary to submerge your hands completely. Perhaps two to three cups will be enough. Now heat the milk until its warm, not hot or lukewarm. Soak your hands into the bowl and wait 10 minutes. The whole milk will hydrate and nourish your skin thanks to vitamin E and A as well as the fat that milk contains. Enjoy the results.
As summer is here, many women are afraid to show their bare feet because the skin around the heels is usually very calloused. A simple fix to this problem is to use baking soda. Baking soda is a universal ingredient. It is recommended and can be used in cooking, teeth whitening and softening feet. Thanks to its abrasive effect, it successfully removes dead skin. If nothing else works, baking soda will. Give it a try.
